The Small Council for Fundraising (SCFF) was founded, in actuality, by Father Mark O'Donnell and Hans Hartman, whose disire it is to make Saint Joseph School a better place. Together, Pastor Mark O’Donnell and Hans Hartman decided to form a “braintrust” of parishioners focused solely on generating financial support for Saint Joseph School, New London, CT. With strict safeguards ensuring that all funds raised are exclusively allocated to the renovation and improvement of Saint Joseph School, Pastor O’Donnell recognized the integrity and necessity of the initiative and put his full support into the venture.Today, the Small Council for Fundraising stands as the only officially sanctioned fundraising body dedicated to supporting Saint Joseph School - a grassroots effort founded by parishioners, for the future of our children.
